Why isn't Kafene isn't showing as a payment option on my WooCommerce site?

There are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to validate why Kafene isn't showing as a payment option on your site. 

 

  1. Confirm your environment and credentials : Confirm you've configured your plugin with your production merchant, store and API tokens. Validate your URL is pointed to production. 

  2. Check if the plugin is enabled: In WooCommerce confirm that the plugin is enabled. 

  3. Validate your items are marked as leasable: Double check that you've marked your items as leasable. 

  4. Confirm all the items in the cart leasable: Kafene will not reflect as a payment option if there is a non-leasable item in the cart. 

  5. Confirm the billing and shipping address match: The billing and shipping address must match in order for Kafene to reflect as a payment option. 

  6. Confirm the customer is checking out in a state Kafene supports: Kafene will not show as a payment option in WY,WI,NJ,MN. Kafene does not support business in these states at this time. 

  7. Check the cart amount: The cart must be equal to or greater than $300.00 for Kafene to reflect as a payment option.
